This Cast-Iron Griddle is double-sided with multiple uses. The smooth side is ideal for roasting vegetables, frying eggs or making pancakes. The ridged side is brilliant for paninis, searing tuna or even bacon.
To create a full cooking diameter, two half-moons work perfectly. Alternatively, it could be used in conjunction with a Half-moon Baking Stone.
