A team member will greet you, and you'll discuss your aspirations for your new kitchen. This first meeting is an opportunity for you to ask questions and understand what Cooks & Company can offer.
Moving on to the tour. We’ll highlight our unique kitchen and home appliance displays.
You’ll be able to see and experience the quality of materials used in the appliances, furniture and cabinetry.
You'll get a sense of the different styles and designs available and note any wish-list features that will transform how you use your kitchen.
After the tour, you can sit with one of our sought-after designers to discuss your aspirations. The designer will help you choose the right kitchen design and appliances, carefully considering your preferences, lifestyle, and budget. The consultation is an essential step in your journey with us; it allows our design team to discover your needs, and together you’ll explore tailored solutions.
After your consultation, the magic happens.
Based on the consultation, our design team will create a proposal detailing the Cooks & Company suggested layout, appliances, and finishes. The proposal will include a 3D design model to help you immerse yourself in the process and visualise your dream kitchen. The design proposal lets you see how your ideas have been reimagined into a firm plan.
You'll review the design proposal at this stage and discuss any changes you'd like to make. We'll then make any adjustments based on your feedback.
Once you're satisfied with the design proposal, we'll provide a final recommendation, including a detailed quote for your project. The final proposal outlines the project's scope, including the installation timeline and any additional services you need. At this point, we want you to feel satisfied and excited about what's to come.
Once you approve the final proposal, your project gets scheduled for installation. Our team of kitchen engineers take care of everything, from delivery to placing all the fittings and appliances you've chosen in the suitable locations. You're in good hands with our team of experts.
